How long do your dried & preserved flowers last?
They last from months to one year or more if they are kept out of direct sunlight, and humidity. As they are real flowers, some minor shedding and colour change may occur over the years.
How do I look after them?
- Avoid placing them in an environment with high humidity like the bathroom or kitchen where steam is generated.
- Place them indoors out of direct sunlight.
- Do not water
- Use a hairdryer in the low setting from approximately 20 cm distance to remove dust.
- Enjoy for many years to come!
What delivery options do you offer?
I offer 2 options:
1. Pick up from Home-studio
You can collect the flowers from my home studio at no cost.
I’m located in North Ryde behind the metro station...which is super convenient!
Please contact me prior of pick up on 0426 812 974 or send me an email to organise a suitable time.
You can also have your flowers delivered by courier the following day to some areas of Sydney. To qualify for next day delivery you must place your order
before 8pm the night before.
No deliveries on Sunday or Public Holiday (except for Mother's Day). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched or delivered on Monday unless another date is specified.

I don’t do same day deliveries at the moment. But if you need anything urgent give me a call and I’ll try to accommodate your needs.
Delivery hours are 10 am -6.30 pm Monday to Friday
11am -6pm Saturday
Due to the nature of the business I’m not able to guarantee a specific delivery time, although I’ll try my best if you need the flowers delivered at an exact time. Please let me know in the checkout notes and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
Do you Exchange or refund?
As flowers are a natural product:
I do not offer or provide returns or exchanges on these items if you change
your mind after placing or receiving your order;
There may be variations to the reference images used on this website for any
flowers you may order. Images provided on our website are for illustrative
purposes only.I will not accept the return or exchange of any flowers due to
any variation between the flowers you receive and reference images on this website.
Flowers are a natural product and imperfections are expected. Only minor shedding during transit should be expected. If you received the flowers and they are badly damaged, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if the delivery details supplied are incorrect?
A re-delivery fee will need to be charged if:
- We attempt to deliver and address is incorrect or the unit number has not been provided and you or the recipient are not contactable via phone to advise correct delivery information.
- If the recipient can’t be contacted, is not home and there is nowhere safe to leave flowers and sender is not contactable to advise how you would like to proceed.
To avoid a re-delivery fee you or the recipient are welcome to arrange a time to collect the flowers from my Home Studio at North Ryde behind the Metro Station.
