Floral Arrangements

-Each arrangement is created with dried and preserved flowers which are delicate, some breakage and natural shedding may occur during movement from loading and handling while in transit by the third party courier. Products are packed securely, although a little of flattening may be expected from certain elements, which will often return to its usual after it is unpacked.

- Flower arrangements are created depending on stock availability of preserved flowers, and sometimes substitutions with other flowers of the same or more value and style will be used in case of no availability.

 

Delivery

-The courier is a third-party delivery service.I will use reasonable efforts to ensure that goods are delivered within a reasonable period of time. However, I do not control how they provide their services nor their delivery timeframes.

-The third party courier service will have "Authority to Leave" the order unattended at the property address given.

-I will not be responsible for any mishandling of the package by the courier or for lost and damaged packages.​​
